Roquette at « Nutrition Village » SIAL Trade Show

Roquette actively used the SIAL Exhibition in Paris as a platform to promote its nutritional range.

Roquette was present at the SIAL Exhibition (International Food Exhibition), which was held in Paris-Nord Villepinte. More than 5 000 exhibitors and more than 130 000 visitors came from around the world.

This year, Roquette animated a booth in the « Nutrition Village », a space specially dedicated to all those players for whom Nutrition is of major importance.

Our company could not miss the opportunity to participate and to promote our wide range of products, including NUTRIOSE®, a soluble fiber, and MALTISORB® maltitol, the benchmark product for sugar replacement.

Our visitors tasted and enjoyed a variety of products made with our ingredients and additives, among them:

  • High-fiber breads and brioches, made with NUTRIOSE®
  • Jam with NUTRIOSE® and MALTISORB® enriched in fiber and with no added sugar
  • Cereal bars with NUTRIOSE® enriched in fibre and with no added sugar
  • Reduced in sugar biscuits with maltitol
  • Sugar free chocolates with maltitol
  • Fibre-enriched flavoured drinks with NUTRIOSE®
  • “Fruiss” cordial, by our partner ROUTIN, the 1st sugar free cordial with NUTRIOSE®
  • Confectionery: lollipops, sugar free chewing gums...


Roquette also participated in 2 round table discussions:

  • « Functional ingredients and Nutraceuticals: Markets for the future? »
  • « Food Security and the ISO 22000 ».
