We have selected the following ranges of health ingredients for our stand:
- MALTISORB® and NUTRIOSE®: Derived from European cereals, these ranges can be used alone or in combination. They play a major part in the production of sugar-reduced or sugar-free products.
- NUTRIOSE®: A unique source of fibre. With an exceptional digestive tolerance factor, the range delivers optimal enrichment in fibre.
- NUTRALYS®: A new generation of vegetable protein. Extracted from the pea in a novel way, the range offers distinct advantages in the quest for better-balanced protein.
